Types

Timer boards typically include two operating modes,

• On-demand cleaning mode: Activates the dust collector’s cleaning mechanism only when needed, based on preset pressure or time intervals. This mode helps optimize energy consumption and extend filter life, as the system cleans only when necessary.
• Continuous cycle: Runs the dust collector’s cleaning mechanism continuously, ensuring constant and consistent airflow and minimizing the risk of dust buildup and filter clogging. This mode is ideal for applications that generate high volumes of dust or operate for extended periods.
