Cyclone Dust Collectors
Cyclonic dust collectors are conical systems that use vortex separation to remove particulates from air without the use of filters. Rotational effects and gravity are used to separate mixtures of solids and fluids. Air flows in a helical pattern, beginning at the top of the cyclone exiting the cyclone through the center of the cyclone and out the top. Larger (denser) particles in the rotating stream fall to the bottom of the cyclone due to inertia where they can be removed thus separating smaller and smaller particles. Available in various constructions of MS GI and Stainless Steel.
- Buffing and Polishing
- Chemical Processing
- Dust Collection involving sticky materials, etc.
